H5 bird flu confirmed in four sea lions including pup at Pages Islands breeding site
Four sea lions including one pup have tested positive for H5 bird flu on the Pages Islands off South Australia, a key breeding ground. About 900 crested terns were also found dead in the same area, raising concerns for the endangered species.
